NOTICE OF SEALED BID SALE
West Newton Borough
West Newton Borough Council will accept sealed bids for the purchase of one (1) 2015 Vactor 2100 Plus combination sewer/vacuum truck (Model 21P-PD, single axle, 3,738 miles, 840.3 hours). Sold as-is, where-is. Includes swage tool, root cutter, small reel, two extra tubes, numerous rodder heads, and wired remote control (not wireless). Current on service/inspection; operation and service manual included.
Sealed bids marked “SEALED BID – 2015 VACTOR 2100 PLUS VAC TRUCK” must be received at the West Newton Borough Office, 112 South Water Street, West Newton, PA 15089, no later than 4:00 PM, Tuesday, October 20, 2026.
