Sealed bids will be received by the: West Newton Borough of Westmoreland County at 112 South water Street, West Newton, PA 15089 until 4:00PM on September 15^th for the following:

Project Description:
The project involves the complete installation of a new, durable metal roofing system on the Borough Building, including flashing and roof vent reinstallation.

Bid Submission Deadline:
All sealed bids must be received by September 15^th, by 4:00PM at the Borough Office, 112 South Water Street, West Newton, PA 15089. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered.

Bid Opening:
Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the regular Borough Council meeting on September 16^th at 6:30PM, held at the same address.

Specifications and bid documents may be obtained by contacting the Borough Office at (724) 872-6860 or wnmanager@wnborough.com during normal business hours.

General Requirements:

• All bidders must be licensed and insured.
• A bid bond or certified check may be required.
• Prevailing wage rates may apply.
• West Newton Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities, or accept the bid that is deemed most favorable to the Borough.
