West Newton Borough of Westmoreland County at 112 South Water Street, West Newton, PA 15089 will hold a public hearing in Borough quarters located at previously stated address at 6:00PM on September 9^th, 2025. This public hearing will be held to review and discuss new Tax Ordinance 2025-13 for creating a Fire and EMS Property Tax Millage.
