NOTICE is hereby given that on the 16^th day of September, 2025, at 6:30P.M., West Newton Borough Council will vote on the following ordinance at a regularly scheduled meeting at the West Newton Borough Building, 112 South Water Street, West Newton, PA 15089.

ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF WEST NEWTON, COUNTY OF WESTMORELAND, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA; AMENDING THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES TO REGULATE INJECTION WELLS WITHIN THE BOROUGH LIMITS
A copy of said Ordinance is available to be examined without charge, or for a fee of twenty-five ($.25) cents per page at the West Newton Borough Building, 112 South Water Street, West newton, PA 15089, during regular business hours of 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday. Further, a copy of said Ordinance is also available the office of the Mon Vally Independent.
