Notice of Enactment of Ordinance 2023-1 – January 18th, 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 18^th, 2023, at 112 South Water Street, West Newton, Pennsylvania, the Council for the Borough of West Newton, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, enacted an Ordinance authorizing the issuance of $714,000.00, principal amount of the Guaranteed Revenue Bond, and the private sale thereof to PENNVEST, at par, bearing interest at the rate of 1.00% per annum. The Bond is a general obligation West Newton Borough and its officers are directed to do all acts necessary and proper for the issuance and securing of said Bond. No amendments were made during the final passage of this ordinance.
