NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 17^th, 2026, the Council for the Borough of West Newton, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, will hold a hearing for 115 E. Main Street – Tax Map No. 39-02-02-0-019 beginning at 6:15PM at the West Newton Borough Municipal Building located at 112 S. Water Street, West Newton, PA 15089.
