NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 4^th, 2025 at 6:30 PM, the Council for the Borough of West Newton, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing at the West Newton Center for Active Adults, 103 E Main Street for public comments regarding the proposed sale and transfer of ownership of the West Newton Borough Sewage Treatment Plant and related assets to the Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County (MAWC).
